Our prices vary depending on the rental period, vehicle models, number of vehicles and whether you also order transport. You tell us for which occasion you would like to hire the vehicles and we will advise you competently and price-consciously. We will be happy to send you our price list.

Transporting the carts
We make it EASY
We are happy to organise the transport of your rental vehicles on request. We work with reliable transport companies that have the relevant experience and can load and unload the carts themselves.
The transport costs vary depending on the distance and scope of the delivery.
If you require transport, please let us know in good time, at least six weeks before the start of the hire period. Everything goes better with a little time in your luggage. Should we run out of time, we will of course still endeavour to find a solution for you.

As always: safety firstHere you will find all the important information you need to know to handle your hire carts safely. Carts for hire are real all-rounders and versatile. However, responsible handling of the vehicles is required to ensure smooth operation.
You can find out everything you need to know about handling the carts in the video. Please watch the video carefully.
Buggy handling at a glance:
- Only use the cart assigned to you.
- Please always drive considerately and carefully.
- Please ensure that the cart is clean and hygienic and do not leave any rubbish behind.
- You are responsible for loading/filling the cart yourself.
- Please only charge the cart using the charging cable provided and listen out for the signal tone when charging.
- Only charge the cart at the parking space intended for the cart.
- Some carts are equipped with a keypad and are started with a 6-digit code instead of a key.

Keyless and digital management of golf carts
Fleet management with IOTee
The vehicles in our entire hire fleet are equipped with IOTee. We recommend using the GPS-based system when hiring multiple carts. The IOTee application works in a similar way to modern car sharing systems, web-based and easy to use.
IOTee allows you to track and manage the vehicles. The system was developed by industry professionals with many years of experience in golf fleet management. Instead of keys, the carts can be started with number codes or RFID wristbands. You also know where the carts are on the premises at all times. We recommend IOTee for every major event.
Locking/unlocking without keyUnlock and lock the carts remotely with a click via web application or number code/Rfid chip on the vehicle.
Overview of battery charge statusIOTee displays the battery charge status of each cart digitally in the web interface.
Live tracking and location determinationAn exact overview of the exact location of each individual cart at all times.

As the buggies are operated on private property, no driving licence is required. However, we recommend that the buggies should only be left in the care of persons over the age of 18. Handling a buggy requires the necessary caution and responsible behaviour.
Most vehicles do not comply with road traffic regulations and are therefore not authorised for use on public roads. With the exception of the URBAN model, which is road-legal.
Yes, you can transport the vehicles yourself, but we are also happy to support you or take care of the transport for you.
Driving a buggy is easy and relaxed, of course you may only operate a buggy if you are fit to drive and, as with driving a car, safety comes first. We have created a handling video for the safe use of a buggy. Please watch it before driving.
The vehicles may not be labelled or stuck on without written permission. The renter expressly recognises that in the event of non-compliance, he/she shall be liable for the costs of removing the stickers without leaving any residue.
It is not possible to give a generalised answer to this question. There are too many factors that have a major influence on the range, such as speed, temperature, load and driving style. As a rule, we assume that the vehicle can be used for one day. We ask for your understanding that we cannot give a guaranteed range.
The vehicle chargers are either built into the vehicle itself or are available separately. They are equipped with a conventional cable that is plugged into a standard 230-volt socket. If several vehicles need to be charged, please do not connect them via a multiple socket, as this could lead to a possible fuse overload or overheating of the cables. It is advisable not to use additional extension cables. Pay attention to the signal tone when charging the cart. This indicates that the charger is connected correctly and the charging process has started. Charging takes between 8 and 12 hours and should not be interrupted if possible.
The vehicles are uninsured and must be insured by the hirer. Cart Care Company GmbH is not liable for personal injury or damage to property caused by the operation of the buggies.
Yes, our hire vehicles must be returned clean. Otherwise we will charge a cleaning fee of at least 65 € per buggy. For vehicles that are returned with waste residue, we will charge a disposal fee of 25 euros per cart.
