German Golf Association (DGV)
The German Golf Association (DGV) is the umbrella organisation for golf clubs and golf courses in Germany. It represents 847 member clubs and golf courses with over 640,181 registered amateur golfers. The DGV is an Olympic umbrella organisation, a member of the German Olympic Sports Confederation (DOSB) and the only umbrella organisation for golf in Germany recognised by the DOSB.
As an umbrella organisation, the DGV sets the rules of play and competition as well as the rules of golf and monitors compliance with them. In addition to the traditional sporting tasks, the DGV sees itself as a modern, customer-orientated service provider for its members with responsibility for the further development of German golf.
Austrian Golf Association
The Austrian Golf Association (ÖGV) is the professional association for golf in Austria. The ÖGV was founded in 1931. Its headquarters are in Vienna. The purpose of the association is to safeguard and promote the interests of golf in Austria. It is not profit-oriented. The Austrian Golf Association implements various projects to promote top-class golf and to support the game of golf as a leisure activity in the popular sport segment. One of the main focuses is the organization of offers for children and young people at various levels: from beginners to "competitors".
Danish Golf Union
As an interest organization for DGU's members, the purpose of the Danish Golf Union is to promote the game of golf. DGU shall work to expand and improve opportunities for practicing all DGU's activities in Denmark for both the broad and the elite, all with reasonable consideration for nature and the environment.

Hamburg Golf Association
The Hamburg Golf Association (HGV) was founded in 1966. It currently consists of 21 clubs with around 22,000 members, making it the fourth largest sports association in the Hamburg area.
The association is responsible for the development of popular sport and the promotion of youth and competitive sport. For the last two years, school golf has been an integral part of all HGV clubs and the association plans, coordinates, organises and conducts competitions at association level, develops programmes for trainer and course judge training and represents the sporting interests of its members at the German Golf Association (DGV).
Bundesverband Golfanlagen e.V.
The Bundesverband Golfanlagen e.V. is the umbrella organisation for golf course operators. It sees itself as the "heart of the golf market" and as a "central office for golf & business". The Bundesverband Golfanlagen e.V. offers numerous services to realise the business goals of golf course operators on a "European level". The economic sustainability of golf courses is the top priority.
Golf Management Verband Deutschland e.V.
The Golf Management Verband Deutschland e.V (GMVD) was founded as an independent professional association for all those working in golf operations management. The association promotes the professional interests of its members by cultivating national and international relationships as well as project-related cooperation in joint committees with other associations and organisations.
